Convenient location next to highway. Usually the staff are friendly here but today not so great. I didn't think the afternoon... cashier was very friendly she seemed like she didn't want to be there and the guy behind the food counter was totally ignoringcustomers. They had no hot food prepared during lunch hour and he didn't seem to care that this lady was asking him about thetea machine and he wasn't getting any out. Almost every person that works here is great and super friendly. The one exception is not even an employee, it's the manager. He... is very judgmental and aggressive toward anyone he doesn't like at first sight. I've been yelled at for walking behind the storelike I was trespassing or something. Just today I walked in and set down my bag by the door, as they have told me to do, andtook not even 2 steps toward the fountain drinks when he suddenly starts shouting at me from across the store asking if I'malright and do I need any help. The way he asked made it seem like he was trying to tell me to get out and that he didn't wantme there, he basically was accusing me of stealing before I had even touched a single thing. If you're going to own a store,learn some manners and how to show a little respect toward your customers or don't interact with them at all, if you have atheft problem then maybe it's because you have a respect problem. Update: More recent encounters have been a lot better, maybehe was just having a rough day. There is a lot of trouble makers in the area and I do get a lot of people mistaking me forsomeone else. Busy. However the clientele aren't big on using the available garbage cans and just discard trash all over the premises. In... other words akin to farm animals. It's a shame too, nice newer store. This keeps up I see it closing unfortunately. Read more
Just had the worst experience of my life at this gas station!!!! The older lady named Meta was the rudest thing ever and has no... right to be working in customer service with that attitude. I've gone into this location on several different occasions, and almost every visit is disappointing. It's usually late... night/early morning, and I feel as though I'm interrupting the staff. I ALWAYS go out of my way to say "hi, how is your night"?And, it is few and far between that the clerk ringing me up, even replies. At this particular visit, the clerk was too involvedin a conversation with someone standing to the side of the register. I grew up that when someone spoke to me, I didn't look atthem then not speak. I also understand that we all have things going on in our own lives, having a bad day. However, would ithave been that difficult to just say "hi"??? Read more
