Came here when another location was closed in the middle of the day. The lobby was clean, bright and inviting. The drink station... needed attention but they had sweet lightning mtn dew so its good. The employees were happy to be there and polite andprofessional. Great service. The food was fresh and tasty. So good. The kitchen was very clean too, not what I'm used too when Igo into a kfc. I wish that I had read these reviews before I got takeout from KFC at 4880 Tower! Bought a 3-piece combo meal. When I sat down... at home for my " original" meal I discovered 1 drumstick, and 2 thighs all extremely small! The worst issue is that it was notfreshly cooked, but was warmed over from the day before!! I know the difference between old and freshly cooked chicken!! I amappalled!! Full charge ($10) for old chicken. I won't be back to this store, ever! Read more
Good chicken and friendly staff I go through the drive thru the only slow experience I've had was when they were still cooking... the fries it took about 5 minutes but there were fresh and delicious good spot for a quick dinner Read more
Friendly staff!!! I was greeted as soon as I entered. Service was quick and the food was fine. Hot and fresh. KFC needs to work... on the quality control and saying that the food hit the spot. I?ve been to KFCs in the past and they didn?t have chicken. Iwould go back to this location if nothing more than the staff was great. Read more
First of all if you are gonna have someone working at a place where you prepare food, employees should look clean and at least... hygienic, not the case here, the ?cashier? made me wait for about 5 minutes while he was having an argument with another crewmember, after taking my order he proceeded to inform me that I could not pay cash because they had no change???? The donut sandwhich was awesome... so sweet... can only eat it once in a blue moon! You have to try it HOT and FRESH!
The food was a mess. We ordered extra crispy chicken, however, after a 5 minute drive back to the hotel, the breading was super... soggy and falling off the chicken. I doubt this was simply because it was in the bucket. They were out of biscuits at 8pm, andhalf our lagers sides were in a bunch of small containers. Judging by that mess I have a feeling the chicken was sitting aroundfor a while before it was served, hence why it was soggy. Read more
