I wonder if this manager ever reads the endless horrible reviews on here?! I actually am confused how this place has kept 3... stars. I actually had a pleasant experience regarding the friendliness of the guy in the drive thru but once I got home I wasmissing half the order and then I opened the box that was to be my dinner and it's not edible. I was charged $22 for chickenjerky and a handful of soggy fries. I'm saving it to bring the manager for breakfast... If she can eat it I won't ask for mymoney back. I'm hoping she's in the mood for a laugh but something tells me this isn't gonna go well. I've givin this place so many chances and I'm done. Every time I go I have to wait at least 10 minutes in my car in front. Half... the times I've gone they close way before close time and also keep their signs turned off. This time I am just astonished atthe low quality of food. Ordered a simple 8 piece. Took 15 minutes to bring it out to me. Requested to make my floats when theydeliver the food so ilthey don't melt while I wait. They did the opposite. And you can see the quality. Dark crusted chickenmeans that one of their deep friers oil has not been filtered in a long while so that will taste bad. And looks like thebreading was rushed. Food was atrocious and we were missing food that we ordered. I couldn't eat it because it was so nasty. My chicken leg was... missing half the meat. We called to complain and that went nowhere.
