6 inch sandwiches for the price of an 8 inch. Asked for another since they cut 2 inches off and they were rude.

This restaurant is pretty wheelchair accessible. Wide doorway, no stairs. I only have ordered take out and never dined in. Staff... were helpful. Read more

If you order online and intend to tip in cash, don't bother. They'll see the "no tip" and just leave your sandwich on the floor... in front of your door. They also charge .75 cents for ranch that isn't even a full cup. So many better places to buy a $15sandwich. Read more

Extremely rude service. Four of us walked in at 9:28 and they were closing at 10. The guy behind the counter was basically... shouting about how they were closing soon and we couldn?t eat there in the restaurant. He was just kind of openly hostiletowards us the whole time, but he still had to make us sandwiches and they were actually pretty delicious (the only reason theydon?t get one star only). I hope that guy finds happiness in life. Read more

Placed an order through JJ app at 6:54p. Was out for delivery at 7:04. I called after about half hour of waiting and was told... there was one driver out for 4 deliveries. My JJ app then showed as delivered after an hour but I didn?t receive my order. Icalled again and was told the app isn?t accurate and that it should be there momentarily. After waiting two hours outside tomeet my delivery as I indicated on the app order, I discovered they?d left my order at the front desk. Communication could?vebeen better so I wouldn?t have been waiting unnecessarily and been so frustrated. Read more

I've visited this JJ's at least once a week over the last 3 years and 80% of the time I bring my dog since we live a block away... and this store is in route of our dog walk. On my most previous visit, I was rudely greeted by a man who shouted "We don't servedogs here" while standing at the register. I explained as I did above that this was the first time my business was turned awayand I explained that my dog is my emotional support animal. The rude employee and his manager Vincentus said if I show them mypsychiatrist letter/prescription for my dog which would prove to them that my dog is registered as an emotional support animal, then I'd be able to visit the store with my dog. I returned home to get the document, but something about having to show myprivate medical records to a sandwich artist just didn't feel right. I recorded the video and captured images to post as proofthat this bizarre scenario unfolded in order for me to get a sandwich. Ultimately I had to return a 3rd time that day, due tofinding out once I returned home that I was given the wrong sandwich. This was a huge hassle for a sandwich. Read more
