Most of my experiences have been nice. I stopped one day and they made my order wrong. I said ?excuse me ladies? to the two... young women working behind the counter. One of them turned and glared at me. I explained the issue and she simply turns aroundand says nothing grabs the drink. I told her if there was an issue remaking my order then I?d kindly take a refund. With herback turned against me she said nothing. There?s much more to this story. Her name was ?Jay?. I went to the other side to chatwith the manager on duty. She told me that if I wanted eye contact that I should come to the register. I?ve never experienced amanager correcting a customers behaviors instead of the employees. I sent an email on the 12th and had to send another on the26th to get a response. I asked to speak to someone and they simply said sorry. We?ll offer more training. I was completelydisregarded 3 times. Needless to say, I won?t ever spend another dime there. Read more

Ordered a green tea Matcha was 50% foam! For 6.50 when I asked her to remaike it without foam she said she couldn't. She took... the foam out and poured regular milk in it!!!!! Now I'm drinking a cup of milk for 6.50 Better customer service!!!! And I wish Iwould have asked for a refund my Matcha sucks. Bad bad service Read more
