This place is absolutely FANTASTIC. -order was precise -staff went above and beyond and SO SO NICE. -The food came fast and it... was prefect temperature! Also, the syrup she brought to the table was heated up so it was hot and soaked into my pancakesbeautifully. Highly recommend this location and can't wait to visit again. It was terrible ???? 2 servers were arguing about who was going to serve us. Then it took half hour for my grandsons dinner. We... the adults got ours in somewhat of a timely manner. They forgot to put my grandsons order in when he was the first one to order.She didn't write our order down???? When my grandson did get his order his chicken was burnt ???? then we told two or threeserver's and even the manager nobody came back. Then our original server came back and asked if everything was okay and we saidof course it isn't then we explained to her about the chicken and pancakes that my grandson ordered and she said oh I'm so sorryI'll be right back and I said that's what everybody said ???? I hate to sound racist because I'm not racist at all but we werethe only white people there everyone else was Mexican including all the servers ????and they came in after us and they were surebeing taken care of ???? Jacky is really rude to her associates telling them they have to stay then telling them they have 60 seconds to get out of the... store or their staying a 1 and half after their scheduled? like then you say your a manager in training like oh my you?re notgonna have any more employees after her? then asked her for my check then she puts her finger at me to go yell at her employeesvery poor choice. If you?re gonna be a manger learn how to respect the people who make your company run. Those poor people werestill nice to her after the fact she yelled at her the girl chef even checked up on her. Our service was very attentive and nice.
This place was very packed but we were seated and eating within 10-15mins. Wait staff are very attentive and willing to go the... extra mile. Shout out to Jose. This dude is a very good waiter. Got sat right away when we walked in it was about 8 in the morning on a Saturday so pretty quick. Waiter got our drinks took our... order and food was served pretty quick and accurate, it was fresh and delicious. We will be back. Read more
My granddaughter and I are here and just finished our meal and I couldn't wait to write a review. Our waiter is Juan and he is... amazing! Although he was busy and helping to sit guest he took care of us perfectly. The food arrived hot and was cooked toperfection. I highly recommend this location and ask for Juan. Read more
Not happy with the service and I understand you guys are short Staff. I end up getting my food last and I only got three stacks... of pancakes, I end up getting that to go I just got home and looked at my pancakes and they are burnt like the time that Iwaited I honestly should have gotten a discount I spend $38 which honestly I felt like I wasted my money and now I'm about towaste my food they don't taste good there goes $38 down the drain. You guys already took so long that you could have at leastmade my food decent I'm just disappointed and I love coming to this location but this round was a bad experience...
