I have had the pleasure of eating here on a few occasions and have experienced stellar service and food that tastes so good I... can’t even fathom how it’s possible. Every single time we go we experience taste bud euphoria (a tastegasm of sorts). Wewere there a few days ago and had the best Anniversary food and drinks in Denver. Our server Manny was polite, professional, andpleasant. He didn’t overserve or underserve us - he appeared magically with perfect timing as needed. Not sure how they do itbut Hillstone runs a well organized restaurant with the best food and staff ever. If you have a chance to go with yoursignificant other, the atmosphere at night is the best. Be sure to dress nicely as they do have a dress code. Besides… it’sfun to get all dressed up and go on a date or go out with a friend. Read more
One of the best dining experiences I have ever had. Our wait staff was helpful and curtious. The wedge salad was super... delicious. But the real star is the French Dip! I have had countless French Dip sandwiches but this one is amazing. The depth offlavor is really unique. One of a kind! Read more

Large and gorgeous restaurant with a diverse menu. The service made our experience memorable. Our waiter was friendly and... enthusiastic. He made great recommendations in both food and drinks. Wonderful location in Cherry Creek North where it’s easyto walk around and explore nearby businesses. It is also walking distance to a shopping mall. Read more

Having not been to Hillstone in many years I was very impressed with the whole experience. I was able to book a reservation... through the website and then we were greeted when arriving. I requested a booth for a birthday lunch and was seated at one.Perfect. I had a water with lemon and my Mom had an iced tea. The waitress was great in refilling the water. My only suggestionis to provide the same sized glasses for water as other beverages. With the cost of any meal at Hillstone it's a small jab fornot paying for a tea/soda/alcoholic drink to only give a small glass. The artichoke is a fun appetizer to start the meal. It issmoked and served with remoulade. They give you four quarters and it was more than enough for 2 people (took some home). TheFrench dip is divine. It is perfectly sliced prime rib on a delicious bun with a side of au jus and coleslaw or French fries. Itried the coleslaw and it was good but nothing unique. I'll try the fries next go round. The Thai steak & noodle salad was goodbut a bit overdressed. A good portion for lunch or dinner. I wanted to highlight the GM Will Dasco who went above and beyondduring our meal. Best martinis in town! The infamous Hillstone restaurant group owned. Anything with their rotisserie chicken is amazing… The... kale and cashew salad is a fave. Also the crunchy cashew sushi roll.
