All I wanted was a double cheeseburger with no sauce. I didn't think that it was difficult. That's exactly how it was stated.... Whoever was on the other side couldn't comprehend that period they kept getting confused between the setup on the Burger and thesauces. And then they acted like it was my fault. Alta. Never had any issue with parking. They have told me that they charge for ice water but there have been twice that I have gone... there specifically for a cup of ice water and was not. Truly greatful because I was working down the street and it was when wehit the heat wave this year. Read more

The food was absolutely amazing! Love the double burger with onion rings. The Mac and cheese is over priced for the amount you... get and it really wasn't amazing... It was good but did not impress me. The cashier at drive thru was very rude and snotty....Once she realized she screwed up our order she was nice after that. But the food was great! Read more
