3 times in the last 3 months we have ordered from this location and every time the order was incorrect. Oddly, the receipt... clearly had the correct information but apparently those working there feel that they can interpret directions at theirdiscretion and do whatever they want to do. Delicious and fresh, not authentic Italian style pizza but still good. We got the white sauce with cheese and it was a hit with... my 9 year old. Good value for what you get and how much pizza you get too. We had the pizza delivered with grub hub and it camequickly and arrived hot. Read more
About 2 weeks ago I ordered. The delivery came early and we were excited. BUT I didn't get a soda. I called the restaurant and... the exact words for the manager on shift was "we've been having that problem today, we're so busy". Now it wasn't a big deal butI didn't want to spend $64 when I didn't get what I ordered. I was told they would refund the soda. COOL. A week, NOTHING. WhenI called I was told the manager would call to issue the refund... Two weeks and still NOTHING. I was going to call and complainAGAIN but really, what's the point. Food was good. They did not deliver our pop that was on our order. I called 2 minutes after delivery and was told they could not... reimburse me or bring the pop that we ordered. This was my second time this month ordering from them. Both times they messed up the order. This time they just forgot to... deliver it. Literally what the manager told me with next explaining there was nothing he could do now?. A phone call explaining,a discount were both presented as options. He seemed confused by both. This restaurant always has the best and friendliest service, my pizzas are always amazing looking and tasting and the restaurant... itself is always clean. It?s nice to see a business that seems to actually care about their customers experience every time. Iwill be coming back again :) Read more
Disappointing. We have tried to order 4 times in the last 2 weeks with no luck. The pizza and breadsticks are good, definitely... worth the extra cost compared to other places. Especially if you like a good quality, thick crust pizza. I like the golden crustover the original crust, which I didn?t think had much flavor and was a bit hard. The issue is getting an order placed. Thislocation only seems to be open during lunch hours. All other times when placing an online order it states ?this location is notaccepting carry out orders at this time.? Same with delivery and dine-in when I select those. I tried calling several times withno answer around 5:30/6:00 PM on different days. When you do talk to someone, they are a friendly bunch. Same in person. I ordered carry out, and my daughter stopped to pick up the 2 pizzas. I do want to say the pizza was good. The issue is I... ordered 2 large pizzas, and one of the pizzas I ordered was a large 10 slice stuff crust, and I received a medium 8 slice. WhenI called the store, the manager told me it was smaller because they had to roll the crust over the cheese, and then it wassliced wrong.
