I had the Japanese Yellowtail Crudo and holy sh*t.. it brought tears to my eyes! The combination of flavors was incredible &... absolutely “popped” and yet it was so delicate. I’ve never been so inspired by the taste of a dish. Honestly top 5 bestexperiences of my entire life. The cauliflower was perfectly crunchy and flavorful, the steak was great, bread was simple &delicious. The meringue was delightful and the pineapple tea, refreshing. Absolutely remarkable and will definitely be back! Read more

We enjoyed the 5 course tasting and selected our own wines. This meal and experience was exceptional. This isn't my normal... restaurant level of dining, take that for what's it worth. Over 2 ¹/² hours I enjoyed some of the best service and fresh foodI've ever had. Read more

I’ve been to this restaurant before the pandemic and was really impressed. This visit unfortunately did not impress. Not a bad... thing, but there were so many service staff and there was never a crumb on the table or an empty plate sitting for long. Wedecided to do the chefs tasting menu which was a five course meal, our server assured us that it would be things that wewouldn’t normally order. Unfortunately all of the courses Lacked luster. There was no crunch element in any of the fivecourses. It started with a tomato gazpacho with burrata, the best course in my opinion was the “Caesar salad” broccolini. The gnudi was the same texture and we have yet to see a protein such as fish, Proscuitto, aanything. The New York strip was abit tough and they cut a potato with a cookie cutter and called it a day. Meh. The dessert course looked appetizing except thebanana bread visually looks dry. There is no crunch element, it was peanut butter mousse (soft) ice cream that was soft and softbanana bread. I wouldn’t call banana bread a dessert - it needed a praline, or toasted walnut topping. There wasn’t anyeffort out into dessert. Unfortunately this coursed meal was a miss. I had two cocktails, one was the orange margarita, whichwas tasty and the other was a spin on a cosmopolitan with Mezcal. The bartenders had fun with these twists Not only for theprice we paid, but the lack of texture and lack of punch of flavors, I was disappointed. We would’ve been better off orderingoff the menu Read more

This place is absolutely incredible and is one of the best meals I have ever had in my life. The beef tartar, crab-stuffed... wontons, and shrimp deviled eggs were out of this world. The fillet was melt in your mouth, though the portion was small (about4-5oz). The services was great, providing their recommendations and feedback when requested. The space was small but felt moreintimate than crammed. I seriously cannot recommend Fruition enough. While we spent $300 because everything sounded and lookedincredible - it's affordable and I think a couple could walk out under $100. Read more

What an amazing little restaurant on 6th St. We had a party of 4 and had unfortunately not made a reservation but we're hoping... they could squeeze us in, which on a Saturday night in Denver is not likely. We were all from out of town here at an educationalconference. Anyway, the hostess was so sweet. We were waiting out front on the benches on the sidewalk and she was trying toaccommodate us. She brought us cocktails and eventually offered to let us eat dinner out there. So she had some staff bring outa table and some cushions for the chairs and benches we were sitting on. And we had a fantastic dinner outside on the sidewalkright in front of the restaurant. The service was phenomenal! The cocktails were superb! I highly recommend the orange blossommargarita. The deviled eggs appetizer was delicious as were the green goddess and Caesar salads. The plating was beautiful andthe flavors were great! For the main entree we all ordered shrimp and grits which was delicious as well. For dessert we alltried a different dessert the lemon meringue pie, the tiramisu, and the chocolate chip cookies were all delicious. The entirewait staff was very accommodating, friendly, efficient and welcoming. Compliments to the chef on the delicious meal! I wouldhighly recommend this place. Read more
