I've eaten at this Freddy's several times, and it's honestly the worst one in the metro area I've been to? The food is rarely... made correctly, the burgers are always far too salty, as are the fries. The fries have been cold the last three times I've gone,and it always takes upwards of five minutes to order and get your food, no matter if there's a line or not. I am absolutely astounded, this was the greatest burger, the greatest food even that I have ever had the pleasure of eating. ... Freddy's has the only burger that is worthwhile on Uber Easts, It's always tender and juicy!! All the other fast food burgers... turn into shingles when they cool down at all and Freddy's fries are almost as good out of the air fryer as they are fresh! Fresh hot sandwich. The fried curds were a nice break from the regular fries. The drink would have been better if they prepared... it when I arrived so it wouldn't be so watered down. The ice-cream sandwich would have been better if I could pull it out of thecooler at the last minute so it wasn't a melted mess. Read more

Ordered Uber eats only because I got a deal sent to me . Food was a little cold that's my fault for ordering a peak lunch driver... had multiple stops. Wife has hot dog and cheese fries and ate just about all and that's not like her and I had a steak burger. The food was alright. My fries were nice and fresh and my burger was pretty good. The employee working the window was apologetic... for the wait, which I appreciated. Though after asking for fry sauce we waited at the window forever as the window guy took moreorders.. then we didn't even get the type of fry sauce we asked for. Our drinks weren't filled all the way and one of the drinkswas a diet, which is absolutely not what we asked for and ended up being a total waste of money. I understand that it gets busybut to me Freddy's is a treat because of the good food and exceptional service. Which I've had at every location I've been to,besides this one. I don't know if this location is just understaffed but the employees really seemed overwhelmed.
