Had the French onion burger, was good, customized items done correctly. Looks nothing like the picture. Fries sucked, were... hard and not warm. Onion rings were good. Cheese curds are really salty. Requested condiments not placed in bag. As statedin other reviews trash cans were overflowing. Normal amount of trash on the floor, broom left leaning against a table. When the pumpkin pie concrete comes around we spend a lot of money here. Tonight we went to get it and the crew at the time had... no urgency or customer service. I ordered 3 large and 1 regular size. I was thinking this wouldn't be difficult one of them hadhot Carmel added to it. The guy made them and forgot the Carmel I said something about it and I was asked if I still wanted it.I said yes so he just added it to the top, like a lot... I asked if they could mix it in and that was a issue. So I think it wasa manager that took it from there. She dumped it into another cup and it was a mess. If I could give the establishment a zero star rating I would. I used to love eating at this location but it seems there?s been a... change of management and staffing as well and I do not see this place prospering well in the future. My most recent visit wasMonday night I had just ordered two combos the #2 to be exact when I had got to the window to give my payment the AfricanAmerican boy at window was extremely rude and I felt as though he was mocking my total if that makes sense, while I was waitingfor my food I watched inside thanks to him leaving the window wide open while multiple employees including a manger ( I?massuming off the shirt/jacket she had) eat fries straight where my bag was filled with my two fries for my combo I was also inthe line for 10 minutes with no sign of the boy and now that I remember he was not even the one who handed me my food it sat fora while I believed his coworkers were looking for him. I was gonna go in and complain but I didn?t even bother the establishmentI had look like it was tore down. Overall I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant at all I would never ever take my lovedones here the food is good but it is so ghetto the change of management has definitely shown or I just don?t what it is but itneeds to be fixed immediately. Food was Fantastic,the atmosphere was relaxing the person on register did not know how to count money back please train your... register people! Cooking area floors and countertops where a mess, still the food came out hot and cooked and my wife and Ienjoyed the food fixing these few things and I will adjust to 5 stars. Read more

This place needs a good manager. Last few times we have been here the burgers were so salty they were inedible. The place... also needs a good cleaning. Tonight there were 15 employees working not including the 3 employees sleeping in booths and the 1that kept coming into the store to get ice cream for his family and vaping at the registers. Busy location. Visited around dinner 6pm. Quite a wait. The food was average. I really am a fan of the thin fries.

I don't normally leave reviews on places but I'm still a little shocked from my experiences earlier. Me and my family ordered... food, and it was fine minus some of the fries being a little bit cold. We went back up after to get ice cream, and I ordered 2concretes and a sundae, dine in. Our number was called and I honestly stood there for a moment because I thought they werekidding- we paid for regulars, and my concrete wasn't even half full with no toppings while my brothers had no toppings but wasat least three quarters full. I grabbed the two and stood there for a moment unsure if I should say anything, I'm not great withconfrontation and I'm truly surprised I'm even writing a review. The woman behind the counter stared at me and flipped her handin a sort of passive aggressive way. A moment later, she hands me my dad's sundae in a paper bag, which I found odd since wewere dining in. I brought it over to him and when he pulled it out of the back the sides of the cup were covered with ice cream-I mean absolutely covered, there wasn't a single place he could touch without getting his hands messy and when he picked it upfrom the table it stuck. I would've taken a picture to being here but I wasn't thinking about it, we had just gotten off ourflight and it wad the first place we came upon visiting. The name gave the vibes of a fun place with nice food, but in allhonest it was overpriced and messy and every worker except for one was rude- I wish I had her name, she was very patient with meordering as I tend to get very nervous, thank you to her. The ketchup dispenser was broken too, and when my dad asked if theyhad any packets they gave him 2 of those tiny things. We ordered a lot of food, we hadn't eaten since breakfast.
