The dinner crew is the worst. Abhorrently rude employees. Two black employees Wed 10/12/22 6:00pm constantly hurling the n word... at each other and other profane names, making customers feel very uncomfortable. They were boasting about how proud they were ofthe bad sandwiches they were making. Don?t even bother coming for dinner, they will screw everything up and take forever to makea sandwich. I?m all for workplace camaraderie but the workers had such filthy language and were constantly berating each other so loudly it... was making all the guests uncomfortable. F bombs and racial slurs were all being thrown around while children were present inthe dining room as well. Completely unprofessional and unwelcoming environment. Surprisingly slow and poor service/food qualitydidn?t make the visit any better. When my order was ready the bag was basically thrown at me to leave. Sadly won?t be comingback unless staff changes. Was there on Friday, 9/30/22 @ appropriately 4pm. One other customer in the restaurant and there was 3 or 4 staff members. Order... was filled in a timely manner however it was slopped together with so much mayo it was like soup and the cardboard containerhad sauce all over the outside. The floors had not been mopped and were sticky from soda being spilled, tables were dirty andstaff was standing around playing music on their cell phones and not doing anything else. Ordered 90.00 worth of food got 2 complete wrong sandwiches and did get a refund from door dash. Called to let them know and the... girl who answered the phone told me the driver must have messed up order. So rude!! I will never order from there again... Read more

Ok, I enjoy a good Firehouse Sub every now and then, but today they didn't deliver. I decided to try a new sub and ordered a... Steak & Cheese. Well I don't see any cheese any where on the sub.The meat doesn't even cover all the bread, and I only see likeone or two peppers on this thing.
