Excellent service from start to finish. The wait staff are very attentive and will accommodate whatever your requests are. Ask... for "Jalen," he is super attentive and will take care of you. A great view if you can get a spot by the window or outside thinkthis restaurant flies under the radar because it's on the 4th floor. I have breakfast and dinner, and can say there were nocomplaints. Wait time for food was short due to low amount of people there but I could still see they were efficient. Therestaurant was very clean. Read more

Great hotel with a fun restaurant bar on the roof! Chris and Jenn the bartenders were fun and made great drinks.

I’m currently staying at the Art hotel. I had the pleasure now of dining twice at Fire their in-hotel restaurant. Most of... the restaurants in hotels service okay food with high prices. The prices are still high, but the food here has been great. Ihad a wonderful breakfast which was perfectly prepared. I also had a great dinner and the ribeye was also perfectly prepared. I recommend coming for dinner whether you’re staying in the hotel or not. Read more

I really wish I could give FIRE a higher rating. I live across the street and can see the hotel and restaurant from my window so... I’ve been wanting to try it for a while! The service was prompt and good, and the ambiance and artwork throughout was great! Iwould be willing to give FIRE another chance for Happy Hour and maybe some small bites/shared appetizers. The cocktail menu wasunique and extensive, and my drink was good. I opted for the seabass entree and it lacked any and all flavor. Considering theprice point, I was extremely disappointed in the dish. Maybe I ordered the wrong item on the menu, but with no flavor (exceptthe small piece of broccolini), I was really underwhelmed. We are staying at the ART Hotel for our anniversary and reserved a table here for dinner. McKenzie was our server and she is... AMAZING!!!! So personable and genuine and interested in how we felt about our dining experience. She gave us greatrecommendations on starters. My wife had a baby kale salad with crispy onions and goat cheese. We don't like kale usually butthis was really good. Good texture and it was lightly dressed, very refreshing. I had the pork belly with wild mushrooms andpolenta... probably one of the best things I have eaten in Denver, period! The pork was tender but had the perfect sear to it.Seasoned nicely and the mushrooms had great texture to them, not mushy. The polenta was so creamy! So good, have to get thiswhen you come! The reason for 3 stars is because unfortunately the entrées were just not on the same level. We both had the 48hour short rib so we were excited for that. In my mind I'm thinking super tender, lacquered with some of the reduced braisingliquid, maybe some creamy mashed potatoes. No. While it was tender, it was lacking on seasoning and had a salsa verde on it thatmade no sense and didn't add to the dish. The side was almost like a crudite of sliced heirloom carrots that should have beenpaper thin but were pretty thick. Mixed in was some frisee salad pieces, just made no sense. There was a carrot puree underneathwhich had good flavor but was an after though. I hardly touched mine so McKenzie offered to switch mine out with the Seabass. One of her favorites. When it came out it had a very intense fish smell. I like seafood but (as a Chef) fish should not smell! She did say it was fresh but again, very fishy. Weird thing to nitpick but it just seemed off. The skin was nice and crispy. Thebroccolini was cooked perfect and the sauce that accompanied it was silky and creamy. Again, that pork belly is one of the bestthings I've had in a long time but the entrées just missed the mark for us. McKenzie again was AWESOME! Read more

Highly recommend this hotel restaurant. I was surprised how good the food was, not your topical hotel food. I got a admit I... totally took advantage of it during my stay there for four days Christmas 2021. The food from breakfast items like the smoothieto the avocado toast, were awesome. The toast which having a fried sunny side up egg on top was awesome. Oh and the pancake is amust: super fluffy pancakes with real house- made whipping cream ( not those from the spraying bottle), and berry sauce. Lovethe mega size sticky bun, the hanger steak, the octopus, pork belly. We were told they had a new chef started around thebeginning of fall was the reason we have all these good food in the convenience of the hotel. Will be back again! Read more

This was hard. We came here on Amex perks. After dinner last night we were going to give 3 stars. To be fair they have kept... people working while they remodel their restaurant so the menu is limited. The staff is AMAZING. Breakfast was absolutely 5stars. The choices were more our style. Again the staff was AMAZING. Dinner we had the 48 hour short rib and a grilled ceasarsalad. I had the burger and fries and an onion tart. Like I said it was "okay." Breakfast I had avocado toast which was beaandtasted so good. So many textures with the variety of veggies and egg on it. I also tried the blueberry pancakes with chantillycream. Just the right amount of sweet. My husband had a 3 egg omlette that came with smashed potatoes. They were so good. Healso had the tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich. Staff was patient and let us sit and enjoy the meal. Read more
