This place is pretty freaking great ???? I love all their food, it's always such a hard choice. But I fill up on chips and salsa... and take half my food home. It still taste good later when I get the munchies ???? Read more
Went tonight with my girlfriend, the server assistant took her drink order and left without asking mine. 20 minutes later she... arrived with a margarita and two waters, she then promptly left without asking my order again The waitress arrives another 10minutes later, asks what we want, I order food and ask if I can order a drink. She takes my order and leaves. Food arrives 20minutes later and I ask about my margarita. She rushes off to the bar and never returns. 57....yes 57 minutes she arrives withmy margarita. I ask 2 times for Cholula, I asked for an extra side of cheese and sour cream and never got it. I ask for thebill, I've had maybe 15% of my charred fajitas, and hardly any margarita because I'm so disappointed. I asked twice for amanager, 10 minutes later another lady came out and explained my problem. She asks if I'd like a free dessert, I decline and shesays she's escalated to her manager.
