Service was abysmally slow, food was standard. The signs all over the drive-thru proclaiming “this location shares tips” or... something close means you’re not paid enough! It’s a drive-thru, my tips should not make up your living wage. Would I tip?Sure, if it was a quick and efficient experience. Even the handing the huge terminal to me to choose pre-selected tip amounts isegregious. Read more

Ordered thru DoorDash, the ticket on the outside of the bag was correct, but the actual order looked like someone literally... threw the requested bagels into the bag and ignored ALL the other instructions. I get it, online order and on a Saturday latemorning, but the entire experience made it seem like the employees just don't care. Read more

I got the most incredible French Toast Bagel with strawberry creamcheese and a Caramel Mocha cold brew shake. So good! Janna had... great customer service, Made my food so perfect that it was very much tasty as well as ready for photos! Very fast good service Read more

The food is the same as any other Einstein’s and the staff is friendly so they didn’t get 0 but this is hands down the... slowest location I’ve ever been to. The drive thru is consistently a 30-50 minute line and it can’t even hold that manycars. This is a huge location and they just cannot keep up. Please staff your store!!!! Read more

I am a big Einstein’s fan. I have been for almost 15 years now. However, this is the worst location. Today was final straw.... Today I pulled up into the drive thru. It took them 5 minutes just to take my order then after another 5 I had to drive away dueto me having to leave to be somewhere. On top of it, this location doesn’t have decaf espresso which is honestly the firstcoffee place I’ve heard of not having. Their lattes are honestly sub par. Don’t order an iced coffee beverage because itturns out hot with a few melted ice cubes in it. Read more

3stars because overall employees are polite and friendly. Food is fresh and when made correctly per request it's wonderful.... However 3x recently orders have been incorrect. The last time I got all the way home and had to drive back. I prior had exactlythe same issue and had to through away the bagel this time with the same mistake I drove back. I ordered the avocado toast butspecifically requested NO everything seasoning due to a poppyseed allergy. They repeated the order back with those changes yetit was still wrong. When I returned the employee who offered to help me was very nice. But I heard her discussing with othersthat it was wrong and needed to be corrected. Instead of simply fixing the mistake they seemed to argue with her it was notdesignated on their monitor of orders. They challenged back but she got it corrected for me. I was disappointed as a whole byeveryone else. Poor customer service and would not recommend again. Next Sunday I will consider a further drive to the NYDeli/bagel shop instead. Bring a book and a full tank of gas Sunday morning about 11:00 am I pulled into the drive through to grab a couple breakfast... sandwiches. The line was fairly long so I expected a bit of a wait. I turned off the car rather than sit idling. After a fewminutes the line moved forward so I started my car and rolled up. Being optimistic, I left the car idling. My gas light cameon. Okay, I’m a little worried but I should be fine. I pull up to the speaker and the attendant says he’ll be right with me.So I wait. Somewhere between 5-10 minutes later, he returns, apologizing because he had to reboot the system. I place my orderknowing my sandwich will be in my hands soon. As I make the turn and am about 3 cars back from the window it occurs to me that Iam almost out of gas. The line isn’t moving and I’m worried about running out of gas. When there is only one car left infront of me I noticed that my car is telling me I have been idling in line for over 40 minutes! At the window, the attendanttold my there would be no charge for my order due to the wait. That’s when I could see the staff starting to assemble myorder. Total time to get 2 bagel sandwiches ordered straight off the menu, 55 minutes. Not exactly fast food. While waiting atthe window it was easy to see behind the counter. The floor was covered with trash. I watched as staff swept a handful ofshredded cheese off the prep area and on the the floor. Unfortunately, this is all fairly common at the location. If you opt todrive through, make sure you have a book to read while waiting and plenty of gas to idle away the hours. Read more
