Service was abysmally slow, food was standard. The signs all over the drive-thru proclaiming “this location shares tips” or... something close means you’re not paid enough! It’s a drive-thru, my tips should not make up your living wage. Would I tip?Sure, if it was a quick and efficient experience. Ordered thru DoorDash, the ticket on the outside of the bag was correct, but the actual order looked like someone literally... threw the requested bagels into the bag and ignored ALL the other instructions. The food is the same as any other Einstein’s and the staff is friendly so they didn’t get 0 but this is hands down the... slowest location I’ve ever been to. The drive thru is consistently a 30-50 minute line and it can’t even hold that manycars. This is a huge location and they just cannot keep up. Please staff your store!!!! Read more
