Great service, never waiting to long. I'm a coffee lover, there Carmel Macchiato is pretty good, a bit on the sweeter end.... Bagels are always amazing! They have the best bagels in town! If you want to try something different, this one here is a prettytasty breakfast bagel "Chorizo Sunrise Egg Sandwich" It's a Chile Bagel with chorizo sausage, avocado, cheddar cheese, cage-freeeggs and Jalapeño Salsa Shmear. Disappointing experience this am. Employees were clearly irritated with one another and passing the buck to on another to do... this which ultimately made the wait a lot longer than it should have been for only two customers in the store. There was anupper management meeting going on in the lobby and the manager was oblivious to the stress and lack of team work his team wasdemonstrating. To top it all off it get home and there is a major lack of cream cheese on my bagel. Not even just thinking,spots with none at all. Very disappointing first experience compared to all the other locations I have frequented. Read more
Terrible customer service. Ordered three bagels, asked for them sliced with plain cream cheese. They handed me my order with out... cream cheese, I asked if they already put it on and was told no, then tried grabbing my order out of my hands! So I paid for atube of cream cheese, also not given to me, had to ask for it again. Looking at my receipt they gave me the wrong bagels, notthe kind I asked for and they charged me for a tube of cream cheese and then had me buy another one. What a joke.
