Went to this location and ordered a Turkey Sausage & Cheese on a plain bagel. By the time I got home and opened the packaging, I... realized they did not include any turkey sausage at all (a main reason for even ordering this item). I called the store inhopes of a credit or some type of reimbursement, but they would only remake the item if I left my house and drove back to thestore. First time trying this place and i have to admit that i was impressed. Definately worth it.
Staff members can be very rude over the phone when you're trying to order to go before you get there. there's some mornings... where I'm in a rush to get to work but their texts brisket sandwich is the only thing I ever really crave on my way to work.Luckily the last time I went in I had a rough day and one of the staff members sing to notice it he offered me a drink to goalong with my sandwich I thought that was really nice and kind of them. My bagel was pretty good.. my boyfriends bagel was not very good, very bland. Our hash browns were horrible. Undercooked and... under seasoned. Pretty average experience. Not great. Read more

The manager is very helpful and steps outside before closing to ask if I want a refill. Tables in the sun, good coffee, bagels,... cookies. Nice staff. My writing spot ????. Read more
