I received a warm greeting and asked two questions about the App before placing the order. The clerk quickly responded with the... correct choice because I was really struggling. I made my order and she read it back to me. The second person was there handlingfood was the one who helped out with my questions on the App though my bagel was wrong. Also, I asked if there is dairy in thebutter and she replied "No, it's just butter". I didn't think how that would make me feel my only thought was okay, soybeanbutter, cool! NO!!! I looked it up online and Einstein does have milk in it's butter. I normally order no butter/no cream cheesefor good reason and the bagels were too good to not be milk butter, not worth the end result though otherwise I would give them5/5. Read more
I have been ordering from this location a couple times a week for a very long time. Unfortunately it is not uncommon for this... location to make your order wrong, not toasted bagels, wrong bagels etc?. This last order however will be my last. I ordered loxand bagel, I usually do, it comes in a flat box with the bagel open faced. Cream cheese, capers, tomatoes, and plenty of salmon.Not this time, it came wrapped in paper, folded in half, a few capers, tomatoes and one tiny piece of salmon. See picture. Worked door dash. Store was busy. Manager 'wendy' kept looking at me out the side of her eye. Finally I raised my hand and... said excuse me after the 3rd time. I said I was waiting for 2 door dash orders. (The pick up rack is empty, as is the case at99% of stores. You have to ask for them as they leave them behind the counter.) Wendy snaps at me. 'They'll be on the rackwhen they are doje.' I explain 99% of stores, including this one, I've had to ask for as completed orders sit behind thecounter. She ignored me and refused to look at me. I unassigned 2 great deliveries within 2 miles for $18 due to herunprofessional demeanor. I will never bring my business here again either, and my family normally orders 2x a week. Goodriddance. Note that this is NOT a cafe or coffee shop, just a place to pick up bagels and coffee to go -- no seating available -- and... though the map listing says 'drive thru' I don't think they have one at this location. You have to get their app to order'online', which feels kind of pushy. The bagels and coffee are usually pretty good. Read more
I came here the other day , and had to wait 30+ minutes for a bagel and coffee but I decided to give them another chance and... come again this time ordering ahead of time. Well this was the result. Hair on my bagel , and barely any toppings with a ton ofcream cheese. I am so disappointed with this location. I often eat at Einstein but this particular location is ruining it all. Read more

Love my sesame bagel and cream cheese in the morning. Great bagel sandwiches as well and top that off with a Caribou coffee or a... Black iced tea for me served by a friendly staf. Read more
