I have never been so humiliated of the performance. I get it we're all frustrated but if you can't handle a Simple Customer... interaction Then perhaps you shouldn't be working in a fast food. I had placed a small catering order with the store and arrived for pickup. The order never made it to the store for some reason,... but the amazing Krs10 and another staff member sprung into action and put the order together lickety-split! I was out the doorin 10 minutes and able to deliver a fresh breakfast to my client on time. Krs10 is an angel! Read more
Ordered two bagels with regular cream cheese just to find avocados smeared within. My boyfriend is extremely allergic to... avocados and when I called to inform them and ask if they clean their knives they did not seem sincere and all I got was a "wellit probably fell in there". And in the other one there is a piece of bacon... on a cinnamon sugar bagel that is not pleasing. Read more

Food is usually good but don?t order Uber eats. They will lie to you. I placed the order at 11:47 and by 11:50 it had been... ?picked up? like I had a pizza bagel and a sandwich. The pizza bagel alone need to be toasted for longer than that. Her namewas Belle, I think she was a shift lead or manager too. So horrible. Read more
