Beagle was tough and rubbery. Ordered another one, and it was still tough, cold and rubbery. Then I waived at the cashier girl... on my way out as she was staring at me from her car. She was inapt and acted as if I am a total weirdo. Read more
Ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. The screen said avocado toast bagel and the price was obviously high. I asked about... it and they said it?s the toasted bagel with cream cheese and said that?s how much it cost. I just got it because the line waslong and got the wrong order. I just got home with my order and it was not correct! It had no bacon, no scrambled egg and it was not in an Everything bagel!... It tastes awful, too! Read more

We've been coming here for quite awhile. Even thought the prices and variety are good, the bagels are getting less and less... like bagels, and more and more like just bagel shaped bread with different toppings. They are no longer dense, nor chewy, norcrusty. For those of us who grew up eating real bagels, these are deteriorating into a major disappointment, whatever theprice. I've lived near here for the past 7 years or so. I tried this location multiple times in year 1 and have only visited once or... twice a year since. It has never improved! On any given day, the time really doesn't matter, the store will be out of thebagels you want and the staff will have no idea what to do. You will wait at least 20 minutes to get a single bagel toasted. Itried an online order thinking that would be safe but it's not, when I arrived they were out of what I ordered and I had to geta refund and leave. There is good news for you, the intrepid breakfast searcher, you can just go to Starbucks next door andthey all seem to know what they're doing there. Enjoy! Read more
Food was okay. Service terrible. Person taking orders messed up at least half a dozen orders. Couldn't give all our food at once... waited like 45 minutes. If you want to grab a quick bite this is not the place to go to. Read more
