Very disappointed. I ordered a sandwich with no mayo and it had a puddle of mayo on it. $8 for a sandwich I couldn't eat. The... brisket was dry. They used the wrong bagel. The sandwich overall was flavorless. Will not be ordering sandwiches here again. Read more
I LOVE EINSTEIN BROS but this location lets me down! I order here at least once a week and if I order toasted it never is, if I... get it double toasted it?s burnt. There is no happy medium. I'm Confused by all of these bad reviews. Im very critical and still found nothing to complain about. We came to this location... completely on pregnancy cravings, We ordered quite a few Items and even modified some for my taste buds, After taking time toread the menu and decide, we ordered from the very personable young gentleman at the register. He rang us up put in the orderand we sat down to wait. I noticed how clean and calm it was in there, it just put us at complete ease. In no time I looked upand my coffee was being walked over to our table. I noticed that both the cashier and another team member were working onindividual parts of our order. Our food came out moments later, order completely correct. We listened to good music took in theview , ate , took family pictures, took our daughter to the bathroom which by the way was very clean and had a changing tableand left good moods and full stomachs. Love their bagles and cream cheese. I tried lunch here for the first time and it's pretty terrible. $11 for a bagel, 2 slices of... turkey and a smidge of avocado. I didn't even get the bacon. Also the sign doesn't say anything about the weird orange saucethat was put on about 2/3 of the inside and 1/3 of the outside of my bagle.... stick to breakfast Einstein. Read more
Great breakfast bagels. Get some dairy free "smears" and allow me to request no smear or no cheese when ordering mobile, its... lame that you can't. Then I will give 5 stars. Read more
