Edge is a gorgeous high-end restaurant downtown. It?s spacious with very nice decor, although as it?s part of a hotel it feels a... bit cold. Some music would?ve been nice for the ambience. I had flat iron steak with chimichurri, which was delicious and sowhere the sides of creamy mashed potatoes and the Brussels sprouts. Brussels sprouts were the best I?ve had in my entire life!!Sticky toffee pudding was also yummy. The service was nicely paced and friendly, not intrusive at all. Definitely recommend fora nice dinner out - apparently popular spot if you?re going to see a show in the area! Read more

We stayed at the Four Seasons and went to EDGE for breakfast. The frittata was delicious and the elk sausage was the best elk we... have ever had. The restaurant itself was beautifully modern and I loved the plants that were added in between booths. Greatoverall experience Read more

We had a lovely evening here. The service was excellent just the right combination of attentive but not obtrusive. We had their... in house bread with Nduja. It was soft and pillowy and delicious. I had the Sea Bass and my wife had the Chicken. Both disheswere perfectly cooked and the complex flavors were really well balanced. We order gratine of potatoes as a side (yum) andfinished with Sticky Toffee Pudding with Whiskey Ice Cream. It was a fantastic meal. A special occasion place for most but we'llworth it for a nice night out. Read more

Overall, very good steak. I ordered the 16oz prime my strip, medium rare, and it was cooked exactly as expected. The steak was... great but the only thing I didn't like was the sauce on the place, it reminded me of A1 which ruins a good steak in my opinion. The brussel sprouts were fantastic. Read more

As an overall experience, the 5 course Valentine?s Day dinner was great, the food left a little to be desired. The tarts on the... first course were great, and the lobster bisque was fantastic maybe a little salty if I?m going to be picky but the cold lemonylobster was a nice touch. The sorbet as the third course was a great palate cleanser and refreshing. The main course was Chileansea bass which was disappointing for me, it was cooked well but there wasn?t much flavor to speak of. The last course was astrawberry shaped chocolate filled with cake, mouse, and had gold leaf on top which was extremely good! Our waiter was fantasticsorry I forgot your name. I have 5 stars for the experience but wish I chose a different main course that may be on me. Read more
