The service at DD leaves a lot to be desired. If you actually get out of your car and go inside, you'll get service whenever... they can fit you in around the drive through. My hash browns were soggy as heck, and their donut selection ain't what it usedto be, to put it mildly. I hate to say it, but even grocery store donuts are better than these! Read more

Just went to this Dunkin? for some iced coffee. Brought my own reusable container. However, the guy taking the order refused to... use it. He said the only way was to make my coffee in one of their plastic cups and pour it into mine. That defeats the wholepurpose of not wasting a cup! I said I didn?t want any discounts, just to save from wasting plastic. And I asked him to confirmhis claim with the other staff, but he refused. He just kept saying ?I don?t think we can do that.? Seems like either very poortraining or a terrible corporate policy. Needless to say, I didn?t make a purchase and won?t be going back until this isaddressed. Read more

This Dunkin gets 5 stars from me! I ordered muffins through DoorDash. One coffee and 3 blueberry. They didn't have them or were... still being made so they sent 6 blueberry donuts and a cinnamon coffee roll. That was awesome!! Thanks so much Dunkin. Greatstaff here. Read more

The busiest DD you?ll find in the area. They are overworked and understaffed, but still - are polite and easy to work with. I... usually buy 6-12 boxes of donuts a day, and this location is a pleasure working with. They don?t give you attitude (I had placesget mad at me because I bought all their donuts.. isn?t that what their business is? Selling donuts?). I think the problem withthis location is how busy it gets, and how fast the people work there. Even if the line is long, you?ll be out in 2-5 minutes. So yeah maybe they don?t care about your life story, and don?t care when Karens say they?ll call corporate. It?s not becausethey are bad, is because they truly know that they are doing good. I?ve had times they got my order wrong, got amounts wrong, but at the end of the day, I know that they do A LOT better than other locations (had a place give me a iced coffee without..ice..). Treat them with respect, and respect you?ll get! Read more

I always go to the Dunkin' Donuts on Huron street and love them. This place was freaking awful. The ladies were rude, my frozen... coffee was only 2/3 full and most of that was foam. When I said something the lady said that is how they always are. Um, no thatis not true. She takes it and fills it up more and shoves it back at me and says "Is it full enough for you now?" I also statethat they should be worried about the corporate office because of not following cleanliness guidelines or food safety practicesand the manager proceeds to above his phone in my face and say "I am on the phone with corporate right now, would I like tospeak to them?" No, I just don't like how I was treated, that the drive-through was broken with no sign, that it's filthy, thatcheeses and spreads are crusty and not too temp. That no one is being kind or considerate, not even when I asked what bagelsthey had because they had no menu about foods inside because one screen was broken because it was blue. I drove back to NorthGlenn and my usual place got me a decent coffee. Thank God for them. Worth the 40-minute drive and wait in my opinion. Ugh. Aquick picture I was able to snap before the manager said, "Is there anything else you need, because if not you can go."included. Read more

We had a great experience, my son and I came in at around 5:30 AM and there was no lines, the donuts were fresh and the cashier... was patient when we had trouble deciding what to get. They have vegetarian options which is a plus and a whole variety ofdrinks. Just like when I was a kid ???? Read more
