I am Puerto Rican from the East Coast and have been DYING for my culture food. This is the REAL DEAL. Appreciate that the food... is not made from chemicals and are a farm to table establishment. I grew up on my grandfather's commercial farm at Aguada, PR.The spices are right on. Fresh. From scratch. This is not a corporate establishment and that these dishes are made in achef-driven creative design. Loving my roots are making it happen here in Denver.
