I ordered a pizza and asked if I could wait w my service dog inside sitting. One guy said yes. Another guy with a cap with 100... pins and a gross mustache decided to announce to everyone I had a service dog.. how rude. No one needs to know my buissness.Felt so bad sitting there for my pizza. Two times now I?ve been charged over $30 for two medium one topping pizzas for carryout. And both times, I didn?t even receive... the breadsticks I ordered. I understand the staffing issues make things difficult, which is why I won?t stand in store and argueover this, but I am disappointed with these last two experiences. I ordered a pizza and dessert tonight and was not happy with the pizza so after leaving my rating the general manager called me... immediately and addressed my concerns which I was very surprised to see. He was very kind and gave me a couple options of how toresolve it. I am leaving five stars because I understand mistakes happens and this manager handled it very well. Recently had a pizza delivered, which arrived later than expected on a Friday night. The GM called us to personally apologize... and offer to make it right. It?s been a long, long time since I?ve experienced a business take ownership of an issue in thisway and really provide excellent customer service.
