I will never go back to this location as my free pizza was old, dried up and cold. My cinnamon twists were the same as the... pizza. Only thing freshly cooked were the sandwiches. The employees were incredibly rude as nobody said hello when I walked in,one employee was on her phone in front of customers and gave me dirty looks then went back on her phone. One employee walkedaway when I was speaking to him. The older employee cared a bit more then the others but still did not care much at all for thefact he was the one who cooked the ?fresh? pizza. Food was ok ordered a large Brooklyn style pizza garlic twists and 5 cheese dip and some lava cakes, I feel like it would?ve... tasted better had it not sat in the warmer for a little longer than 45 minutes. I use to live ordering pizza from this dominos, but a few incidences occured and this last one took the cake... I ordered online... pizza at 8 in the morning so I can have the pizza by the latest 11:10 am latest. The pizza arrived at 12:15 pm. An hour and morelate. I talked to the manager and he told me he will give me a refund on my pizza. He proceeded to raise his voice at me after Itold hime I have not received any refund on my bank account. I asked him if he can give me his corporate number and he told me Ican look it up myself. Very unprofessional and has no customer service. I don't know how he became manager but obviously he hasno business being a store manager. Never buying pizza from here again!!!!! Warning to all, he is no good. Read more

I don?t often review things, but I couldn?t let this go past. I ordered a basic pasta with cheese, tomatoes and spinach, and I... was instead delivered a pasta with minimal cheese, hardly any sauce and chicken. How do you mistake provolone for chicken? Therewas more chicken in the pasta than pasta and the chicken is awful. My cheesy bread was also burnt on the bottom and I didn?treceive the sauce I paid for. To top it off, there is no option for a refund for poor quality food. Only a free pizza. Please dobetter Dominos. Other than that, delivery was quick. Do not order from this location. Customer service is terrible. Orerded a thin crust pizza and it was placed in too small of a... box. Called to speak with the manager and gotten hung up on by the person working the phones (she is no lady, I tell you what).Manager felt it necessary to defnd his staff's rudness and unprofessionalism rather than make things right.
