I highly recommend Joe, and his crew, at Denver Taco Truck! We hired them to surprise my son after his ?2020 drive-thru?... graduation. I decided to do this last minute. They were already booked for the day, but Joe agreed to book this because it wasbefore the afternoon and nighttime events. He also offered to reach out to other food trucks, if I wanted a later time. Joe isa man of few words, but he lights up when discussing food and how to make an event special! He is extremely easy to work withand his prices are very reasonable, especially for all that is provided!! The food is amazing!! The nacho fries are an absolutemust!! I enjoyed all of the tacos, but found the crowd favorites were the BLT, chicken with pineapple and shrimp tacos. Idon?t think you can go wrong though. For dessert, churros, with a strawberry twist. My kids could not get enough of them! Thecustomer service was phenomenal. Scott was taking and delivering orders. He is friendly, kind, and detail orientated! Scottwent out of his way to make sure that everyone was comfortable and satisfied! The last thing I want to share, is that both, Joeand Scott, is they both practiced, and were very aware of safety. This was extremely important to me with the current Covidpandemic. They both wore gloves and masks the whole time. I talked to Joe beforehand about how to assure social distancing,while celebrating. Although a few guests wanted to gather, we were able to set up safe options, and they were all served foodin containers that could easily be taken home or to a table placed to the side to enjoy. My wife and I stopped by yesterday we love food trucks and support them we bought from 2 other food trucks as well. Love tacos... and am a chef of 15 years first off my carniasada steak taco was not rare but raw in most of the meat completely ruined the tacoand was big chunks not how it should be made unfortunately. The cobaco taco was good but to much pork and seemed to be right onthe going bad stage unfortunately as well. Hopefully things get better and take more time and care with the food to stay openwish you the best of luck but won't try this truck again. Read more

Check out the Denver Taco Truck for some delicious tacos, fries, nachos, and more! The fan favorite is the Sweet Chili Shrimp... taco with the House-made Coleslaw. It looked super yum, but I settled on a Teriyaki Chicken taco with pineapple and cilantro.Rocky and Scott took care of me, and I'll stop by next time for sure! Read more
