We visited this place during Restaurant Week. What a great place and what a great idea to introduce you to the place. I was very... pleasantly surprised at the great service under packed conditions. The service doesn't match the price of the food. The food was underwhelming - not even close to the pictures in the reviews.... Don't waste your money and time. My chicken was under cooked. The staff was asked to make fresh - when it took too long, Iasked to have it cancelled as my friends were nearly finished with their food. I asked to have the bagel (assuming it would befaster to prepare) and was told that I would be charged for both my original meal and the bagel. I cancelled everything and toldthem to remove my meal from the bill. In the end, they only comped half of my food. I only had 3/4 of my waffle... The staff wasmore concerned with giving my party an attitude rather than making our experience a good one. It was just an unfortunateexperience all together. I hope their thoughts on customer service are reevaluated - we really wanted to like this place!! Read more
