Reviews for Colorado Sake Co. in Denver, CO
I?ve been to Japan so the standard of sake is high. The standard/base sakes are decent and it is nice to see a place in the US... brewing. But the prices are exorbitant. This flight was $32 without tip and tax. I would much rather go to a Japanese restaurantand get a genuine bottle (or two considering the price) of sake personally. Read more
Awesome! Looking for a unique, yet casual date night location? Colorado Sake Co is it! Order a flight of flavored sake to sip &... taste and enjoy a sushi roll or fried rice to share. The atmosphere is top notch and I really enjoyed the flavorful sake!Interesting sake flavor infusions including honey, coffee and hibiscus were all available. Don?t skip the fried rice! We addedpineapple & it was a nice touch. Read more
3.5 for me. Place was ridiculously hot inside and a little chaotic. You order at the bar/counter and grab whatever seat is... available. Self serve tap water that was warm because the space was so damn hot inside was not cool at least stick some ice inthe jar please. Has a very NYC Brooklyn hipster vibe, which felt a bit dingy but the staff seemed to clean the tables fairlyregularly and tidy up. The sushi was fresh and tasty, a little heavy handed with the seasoning but overall solid. The vegetarianpickled veggie sushi was really interesting and different. Staff is pretty hands off unless you've ordered a drunk or a meal andwent pushy about getting you out if your table after the last morsel of food was gone from your plate. Read more
Had a great time here on the weekend! Good drinks, fun & free bingo with prizes, and surprisingly good food. The setup is a... little strange with the comedy lounge in the back, yet that really didn't bother us. I did enjoy allnor the overhead origamiand the interior decor. Would definitely come back! Let me tell you about the Colorado Sake Company. We bought tickets to Marshmallow Night. A special event with a four course meal... and Sake. Unfortunately, they had to cancel the event because not enough people signed up (big mistake Denver). However, becausewe were looking forward to it so much, they offered to serve us the four course meal during their weekly Trivia Night. It wasINCREDIBLE!!! I have worked in fine dining for more than ten years and have been side by side with some of the finest Chefsyou'll ever meet. Trust me when I say this, it was a top-tier dinner and you would be hard pressed to find a better meal andzero chance you will find a better value. The service, the food, and the vibe of the room were all off the charts great. Ipromise you I will have tickets to every single event they offer in the future. Colorado Sake CO, you are amazing, and we willdefinitely be seeing you soon. Read more

There's Origamion the ceiling and the whole place smells like a Japanese restaurant, a must stop if you want a unique drinking experience! Read more
The staff is amazing and the food is excellent. Now, I want to make it clear that this is not traditional sake. However, their... take on sake is super interesting and totally worth trying. Surprisingly, the flavored sakes are better than the traditionalones. Come for dim sum weekends- the dumplings are amazing. I definitely plan on coming back. Read more
My friends and I went to a sake tasting with paired bonbons by Cocoa pod. The sakes were delicious. We ordered the Fried Rice,... Chicken Gyoza and the Edamme Gyoza. The food was better than the sake. Great place for delicious food and trying something new. Read more
