There were 2 young girls working here. Neither one of them cared that peyote were walking in. No one was greeted. They were slow... as hell and not acknowledging other customers. One even came out from the back and asked if I had a to go order for pickup andwhen I said no... turned adorned and walked back in the back. They were rude and short. Girls were disassociated and unresponsive to questions. Customer service skills are in the negative. Not knowledgeable about the... products they're serving whatsoever - had no clue what a sorbet is. Didnt greet customers, took several minutes to serve me whenI was standing by the ice cream waiting. Manager must be terrible- train your staff! Read more
This is the worst cold stone I have ever been to. We came in and the register was not working which was okay, then we told the... girl what we wanted and then she made everyone?s order that came in after us which was a total of 4 people so my and myboyfriend left. Read more
This location is conveniently placed and stays open fairly late which is great for that late night sweet fix! All the staff are... kind and upbeat friendly folks and always make you feel welcome no matter the time of your visit, even when it's a few minutesbefore closing they still welcome you in and get you taken care of without hassle or attitude.
