Rating is mainly for packaging, which isn't compostable! Least when I was there in September 2022. For a place like this, in... cherry creek & touting the importance of organic, I would absolutely expect more care in sourcing the packaging. For me this isa big deal. Every time I see single use plastic I imagine it floating in the ocean somewhere. Used for 30 minutes, trash for 500years.
