Church's has stepped their game up. It used to be after eating the chicken here, you could armor all your tires and interior... with all the grease on your fingers. That isn't the case anymore. I got a three piece special and the chicken wasn't greasy atall and taste pretty good. The texture of the meat was great not overcooked or under cooked. They've really step their game upand are making a sincere effort. The cashiers have a better attitude and more pleasant. Bravo Church's well done. Read more
I was told that they didn't have a item on the menu. It was more like the workers didn't want to work from the moment I pulled... up to the drive trough to order I was told they only had legs and thighs available. When I asked if they had tenders I was toldthey did. When I placed my order I was told that it was not an option and I could order less pieces for more money. As I leftwithout any food I drove pass the window to see 3 workers all on their phones not working!! I went to the store 2 hours beforeclosing this is unacceptable and probably loosing a lot of money. The car before me also drove off without any food. Read more
I was at the North Colorado Blvd location and had someone asking for me to buy them food. I won't hesitate to buy them food but... she was up in my face as soon as I was inside the restaurant. She had been waiting inside already, and when I didn't answer herfast enough she got a attitude real quick? Come to find out she was working on people inside and out side of the restaurant ! Iwas buying her food and she just started ordering more things without asking me!! Come to find out the staff knew thisindividual and was allowing her to harass customers! The individual told me she was just trying to get home and needed some helpwith food! I tried to call the manager and tell them but they don't answer the phone! This individual does this every day allthe time, this is what one of the staff told me! I don't think I will return to that location again! I don't need the attitudeor harassment! Read more
Over 2 years since I last had this and wow, what a let down. Service in the covid area can be excusable to a degree but... seriously?!?! I ordered spicy chicken only to bite into anything BUT spicy and the guy says "we only have spicy leg andthighs"....after looking at me like i lost my mind and you not having a clue! So don't tell your customers when they order"spicy chicken", just give them whatever and then act so uninterested when they want to get what they paid/asked for!!! Oh, andthen put back the chicken they already touched, to give out to other customers!!!!! OMG. NICE! Thanks bud you've ruined anychance of getting me or any of the people I know back into your pathetically run operation. At 835 pm they ran out of chicken, well almost, they had 4 pcs left, all dark meat. The cashier said they were closed because... they were out of food then said they had 4 pieces of chicken so we got a couple of them but I am thoroughly disappointed. Imean, they still had over an hour until closing they couldve cooked up more chicken. The line was super long so they lostquite a bit of business. Not my problem but the chicken was... I couldn't wait to eat a piece and again not too good. Very,very greasy and they put no napkins in there . Usually an excellent location so I was disappointed. Probably wont go backthere but I am sure I am going to Popeye's chicken next time. Read more
I won't ever go back to this place it was dirty they couldn't get our orders right out of three orders they messed up every... single one and didn't even give us the same things we ordered. And then even to top that off the wrong orders didn't even havethe right sides that we had asked for and it wasn't even worth getting back in line to try to deal with it again cuz they werejust too slow and unprofessional and I just I used to love Church's Chicken but this time it tasted terrible and it sat aroundfor quite a long while I'm sure and this was during the the lunch time hours and so you would expect to get fresh food it's sadbut I won't eat there ever again Read more
Was the worst experience I've ever had here. Usually love this place and location. Was told it would be 10 minutes for chicken... and I said that was fine. Then after 15 minutes was told it would be ten more minutes. Then told them well can I get a discountthey said no. So I asked to talk to the manager who had no clue what they were doing kept asking what time I ordered thencouldnt find the order or one before mine. After about 30 minutes finally got my food had to tell the lady bagging the orderexactly what the order was. These workers were rude and had no idea what customer service is. Eat here as a last option. The staff that typically works around 3 are terrible. They walk around eating constantly, not washing... their hands, never has food cooked, incredibly slow, and never gets your order right. The older lady that works around 3 isworse than everyone because she enjoys arguing with you. Before you waste money here, go to the and buy chicken from there. Read more
