Bad. Shameful quality at a high price. $57 "bone in" ribeye. Those expecting a savory bone in steak will be met with a few... tidbits of bone fragments Also as you can see, all steaks are 1/4" at best vs a quality cut. Not a quality steak house. Had a great experience. The food and drink were incredible. I had the NY Strip prepared Gorgonzola. It was cooked perfectly. We... had the calamari for an appetizer which was great. And for a cocktail I had the rum punch, it was so good. Can’t wait to comehere again. Read more
I thoroughly enjoyed the Prime Rib, baked potato and charred carrots. Matthew was an excellent and pleasant server. The reason... for 4 stars? There were three employees at the reservation desk. They were so involved in their conversation, that my departurewas not acknowledged with "Thank you for coming". On my way out, I said "Have a good evening". We had early dinner reservations, which were recommended; the place gets busy. The look and feel of the building itself was... unique. The service was extraordinary. Our server was friendly and funny, the highlight of our experience. We started with a fewappetizers, which were ok, and cocktails. The barrel-aged Manhattan and Negroni were delicious. Denver Chophouse is amazing. My wife and I came here because it was close to the Rally Hotel which is where we were staying on... Tuesday, September 20th Christian was our waiter and he was amazing. We had a 6:30 reservation which I was able to secure lastminute and was kind of surprised considering there was a Rockies game at 6:30. We arrived early, and they were able to get usseated before 6:30. The food was amazing, and came out really fast. We ordered, Spinach Artichoke dip which we really liked, itwas different cause no chips came with it. It was like Pita, celery, bread, and other things(We loved it just cause it’sdifferent than the norm). I got the Prime Rib, and my wife got the chopped salad. The other thing that was awesome is the cornbread which comes in a skillet. Overall the experience was great and we cannot wait to be back. Read more
