Pros - Good ambiance & quick service. - Must try their Crystal Dumplings. It's very different and good in taste. Cons - Very... Expensive, and the food is not worth the money. We ordered the following items 1. Tofu Bao bun - I didn't like it much. As baobuns and Tofu were super soft. I didn't like the texture, also it wasn't very flavorful. 2. Jade Green Stir Fry with Tofu - Itwas okay. 3. Malaysian Noodles with Tofu - Not at all flavorful. 4. Wok - tossed Bok choy - Very Bland. 5. Vegetable Currywith Jasmine Rice - Nah! Overall, I won't recommend anyone to go here. If you are looking for some fusion Asian food then it'sa good place to go, but you won't find any authentic Asian food. Read more

Oookayy, so ChoLon was one of our stops on our Denver trip which we went during Happy Hour and were able to enjoy great service... and great food. We had ordered Wagyu Skewers, Chicken Wontons, Cantonese Shrimp Dumplings, Pork Belly Sliders, & KayaToast. The shrimp dumplings & wagyu skewers were definitely good, but nothing to write home about. The pork belly sliders hadsoft pillowy buns and a savory flavored pork that was great. but what really blew us away was the Kaya Toast; accompanied with adipping a soy sauce, coconut jam & an egg cloud combination, it was amazing. @phidingthefam Read more

I thought it was an interesting experience for an experiment in modern Asian fusion. I don't think it was memorable enough that... I would go back. It was a decent and interesting food experience that wasn't probably good for the value proposition. The placeis right in the lower downtown, easy to get to. Pretty upscale and nice. You won't probably regret experiencing it. But it wouldjust be not that memorable. Could I have visited downtown Denver without trying it? Yes, go to Dairy Block, Central Market, eatat Snooze or Sam's No 3... you wouldn't be missing out much without this one. If you want great modernized asian or Chinesefood, go to Hop Alley instead. Much greater value for the price and flavours are truer to the traditional flavours. Read more

Quite a modern take on Asian flavors. We loved almost everything we ordered - scallion pancakes, corn dumplings, salmon ribbon,... and Indonesian rice, and yuzu moose for dessert. Rice were maybe 4 stars, but everything else was so delicious. Special mentionfor the spiced tapioca that came with the salmon. As for drinks, we got a 36 Chambers (or maybe 16 Chambers) - a unique start ofsesame fragrance was quite unusual, nice unusual. Read more

The food was pretty good but pretty small so be prepared. The chicken soup dumpling was the best part in my opinion, but my... friend and I didn’t like the French onion one at all. We could be partial because we aren’t the biggest fans of French OnionSoup, but it was still a very weird taste. We also ordered the Wagyu Beef Skewers which I thought were pretty good. A littlespicy but I liked how chewy it was. The Chicken Slider was also pretty decent but a little tasteless in my opinion. Finally, wealso ordered the scallion pancake which was good but pretty ordinary. We spent $50 total for all these dishes plus the scallionpancakes and that was during Happy Hour. Read more

We went for our elopement dinner at this location. Amazing food and service! We were told the plates were family style and meant... to be shared and to order one item from each section. We ended up getting 2 small plates and 4 large plates for a party of 4.The large plates are probably on the medium side and I wouldn’t consider them family style. But they were amazing and we didhave enough room for a complimentary dessert due to it being out elopement dinner. They truly made it special for us! I was gota picture of the waygu steak and the sorbet for dessert. We were invested in spending time we each other and totally forgot totake more photos! Read more

A table was not available at the time but we were offered a seat at the bar which we didn’t mind. Bartender was able to take... our drinks and food. Tito’s Mule was very refreshing. French onion soup dumplings aren’t for everyone I guess- I didn’tquite fall in love as others do but my husband sure thought they were amazing. Careful to not have a burning hot explosion inyour mouth, let them cool down. Beef skewers were also a delicious treat. Close to Coors field and was able to find parkingnearby. Read more

We came here during lunch to introduce someone from out of state downtown food. We’re not amazed, but we’re happy. The... atmosphere is good, the tables are not good considering this is a upscale restaurant. Seating very close to each other and thetable is crooked. The service is good. Foods here is good, could definitely use some improvement. Not sure about paying $8 forsome frozen fries from walmart freezer. Read more
