I ate here last night, and the staff was friendly, but their online ordering system was broken, and worse, they only had what... appeared to be three people working the dinner rush, on a Saturday night no less, and so the service was really slow. I feltbad for the employees, because it wasn't their fault, but Chipotle HQ might want to take a look at this location, because itseems like it needs some help. I've been to a Chipotle in Boulder that had around 15 workers managing the dinner rush, and therestaurant functioned much more smoothly. Considering this location is in a highly trafficked area (Southwest Plaza), themanagement might want to do a better job of scheduling workers, and they need to get the online ordering system fixed as well. I'm giving two stars instead of one, because the food was good, and the restaurant was clean, and mostly operational, butoverall this was way below average, by Chipotle standards. Read more

Female cashier short changed me. I asked for the money i was owed and the girl said she cant give me my change. I told them they... owe me money and I'll wait while they figure it out. Eventually manager got change from the back and corrected the situation. Girl needs to be fired. Literal stealing money from customers. This chipotle is the worst. I had a pick up order at 7:40, came back 20 mins later and found out they didn?t even start on it.... They also failed to tell me they ran out of half the meats and guac?. Had to come home and make my own fajita veggies rlol Countless times I have gone to this location and they have been out of... items and refused to make more, well before they closed. They should be expected to make replenish items up until the doorsclose. They were out of veggies tonight and refused to make more. What if I was a vegetarian and couldn?t eat the meat andrelied on the veggies??? What happened to the customer is the priority instead of the employees wanting to close up shop and getout of there ASAP? It?s sad.
