Take out system is a mess here. At one point there were ten people waiting for orders, and no one was helping us out. Finally... someone came out and it appears the orders were just sitting in the kitchen. They claimed mine had been "stolen" even though Iwas there before the pick up time and it wasn't there. Was told it would be next then took almost another ten minutes. When thewoman at the register was able to check, the order was just sitting there. Wasted my whole lunch break waiting for the food. Never encountered people who don?t want to work. At a job. it starts with the manager so it?s expected the employees follow... suite. Don?t waste your time. I placed my order at 4:30 to be picked up at 6. I got my order and all the food is cold. I?m pretty sure they made it right when... I ordered. What is the point of a pick up time if the food is going to sit for over an hour? I ordered a bowl and my tortilla onthe side is ice cold. Additionally, my order was made wrong. Do not order ahead at this location. Every time you order online they put the smallest amount of food in your burrito. Even with... double chicken and double cheese my burrito was smaller than the palm of my hand. It happens every time they will take advantageof your order if you're not there watching them make it.
