Have never taken the time to review a chipotle but this one is so bad. The service is horrible and the staff are rude. I... ordered on the mobile app and it took over 30+ minutes once I asked them at the counter if they had my order. Over an hour fromwhen I submitted the order. They said they ?prioritize in person orders.? I had an 8 month old baby with me and had to wait forover 30 min while they served everyone that came in after me. They we?re out of the chips, vinegarette and part of the kidsmeal and they didn?t refund me. I can?t come up with a worse experience? it?s almost humorous how bad it was. Read more
To the older pink haired Hispanic lady I am really sad you felt annoyed to slam and slap my stuff together. Do you get paid to... count rice grains? I asked for a lot of rice?.two scoops. And then when I asked for an extra scoop it was like a tiny dip andshe?s rolling her eyes so I made her do it four more times. Stop being stingy with freaking rice! You?re gonna have to make moreyou close in two hours! Gave me the tiniest scoop of quac and slammed the lid on and shoved my bag to me. There is zero excuseto treat customers this way over me asking for more rice! And also screaming to the line cook in the back and having personalconversations while I?m trying to just pay and leave really was more salt in the wound lol. Like why are all chipotles likethis! I've been coming to this Chipotle for over a year and the next time I come in and the young African American lady that makes... burritos is working I'm going to turn back around and go somewhere else. She is always rude...makes the most skimpy burritos andshe was on a phone call on her Bluetooth while making my burrito. She can't follow instructions and when she messed up I pointedit out and got even more attitude and she rolled her eyes @ me. I know service industry is struggling to find people...but Godyou can do better. This one is costing you business. Read more
This must be the worst chipotle I?ve ever been to. The entire staff is rude and ignores their customers. When I asked about my... mobile order that was supposed to be done when I got there she told she wasn?t sure if she had it and decided to ignore me. It?salso one of the dirties places I?ve ever eaten at. Every single one of their tables was disgusting. There are other places toeat at with much nicer staff on Colorado. Read more
Very disappointed. Pay a living wage and you will find it is very easy to train your staff. This place is so poorly run. It?s... easy to blame it on the staff but we all know it?s the management. Staff needs to unionize and demand fair treatment. I willnot eat at chipotle again until they do. Read more
The young light skin African American girl with the nose piercing and the other people that are currently working the lunch... shift on 7/15 are lazy and disrespectful. I understand that this location is unnecessarily busy but there is no reason why myorder was started once I got to the location at my pick up time. This put me 15 minutes past my pick up time and defeats thepurpose. They fail to utilize the rack instead they let people pile up by the door waiting. The young light skin AfricanAmerican girl did not give me my chips that I paid for but put the salsa In The bag???? What would I need the salsa for at thatpoint. Despite my order supposedly being ?fresh? it was incredibly cold and my taco was everywhere like they shook the bagaround. Worst chipotle experience ever. The girl who made my bowl was really rude to me and intentionally gave me like half a scoop of... rice, beans, and meat, when I asked the next girl if she could fill it up more because it wasn?t even fully covering the bottomof the bowl with these 3 ingredients this girl lied to my face and said that?s ?standard? when I was literally watching thefirst girl give my husband two full scoops of everything. These girls were so rude and intentionally shorted my food and gave meburnt ends up off the side of the meat dish when the container was full of fresh meat. I was really offended because theyclearly gave the man in front of me and my husband behind me the actual correct amounts of food. The food is always nice and H O T... And the servings are greatly portioned. The only thing that they aren't so generous with is... the lemon juice that I always asked for to top my food off with?
