The parking lot was full of cars nowhere to park. Going in I saw what looked to be a manager in his car smoking weed. The line... went all the way to do the door all the employees looked flustered and angry. One lady was basically screaming at her coworkersand being rude to the customers. I got a burrito and the portions were far smaller than other chipotles near by, on top of thefact that the meat was cold. They were out of bottle mexican cokes. When I left there was a lady with no shoes taking chemicalsfrom the store and putting them in her car, she didn't look like an employee. All the employees are high on weed or somethingelse and have no customer service whatsoever. I get that chipotle doesn't like to pay fair wages but jeez they'll hire anyone. Read more
I waited in line for 20 minutes trying to get a burrito before i went to work, I finally get to the front of the line and they... started making to go orders instead of helping me. I told them I can't wait any longer, I'm going to be late for work, andwalked out. Didn't know I needed to budget an extra half hour plus to be able to get a burrito at 5pm. Will go to the otherlocations from now on. Should have just gone to taco bell in the first place with the slow customer service at this location. Icould get my food faster at a sit down restaurant. The staff tonight did an awesome job helping my little family out. They were quick and we had a great conversation while they... were making the food too. I have had trouble with certain chipotle locations but this experience reminded me why I startedliking chipotle in the first place. Read more
Dissatisfied! ???? I paid for a chicken bowl but there were just a few little pieces of it! They should call it "rice and beans... bowl"! I won't be back ever! Read more
I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. I placed an order for over $165 and asked for it to be delivered at 12:15 and it... was delivered at 11:00 am. I am so upset to serve my guests food that has sat for an hour. When we taste the food, I will thenwrite another review on the flavor of our lunches. Read more
Mobile orders are wrong pretty consistently, on multiple occasions I’ve found giant chunks of meat in the queso, and when I go... there to order I almost always get the vibe that I’m a massive inconvenience. Not sure if they need more hands on deck orbetter direction as a store - likely both. Probably the only “bad” Chipotle that I’ve been to and my bar for service isincredibly low. Read more
The hours are not correct! This place closes at 9pm consistently. Terrible communication here, and very frustrating to see signs... that say the location should be open, seeing the staff laugh in back, but the restaurant should be open. Chipotle corporateshould get updated signs over here asap! Read more
I have been going to this Location for a while, the location is great, seating area very nice and clean, stuff are friendly, but... they are very very slow even when the lines are empty, usually I order online, and it always late by 20-30 minutes, stuff seemsyoung and new , the food quality is ok not as perfect as other location, it depends on the stuff, it seems that the managementisn’t working as hard as it should, stuff do not work as a team.
