I don't mind chipotle but if I am standing in front of you get my order right bro especially if it's a 12$ burrito. after... messing it up they started over so no harm done just made me laugh because how do you mess up an order of the person in front ofyour face. the thing I was disappointed in was the guacamole. I mean if you change an extra 4$ or whatever it is make sure it'sfresh. the amount yall go through there really is no excuse for the guacamole to be dark green and taste sour. So make sure youpay attention to the quality of what they're putting in your burrito, I unfortunately was not so it's partially my fault.Chipotle should not have been serving guacamole like that to begin with though so just make sure you pay attention. WOW ? I?d leave ten stars if I could. my coworker and I came in around 11:30 to place an extremely last minute, very large order... for a staff retreat after our original lunch plans fell through. This team DELIVERED. Not only did they handle our ~40 ordersseamlessly but also all other walk-in customers were served immediately. We are so grateful. What a well-managed, kind, andefficient team. Everything was great until I needed a piece of foil to wrap my burrito is when I was leaving. The poor woman working the line... was doing EVERYTHING and the young guy that was the cashier told me I should go and wait in line to ask for a piece of TIN FOIL.He was doing nothing at the time and told me I should go wait next to the other guys who was asking for a to go container. I really don?t know what?s wrong with some people choosing to work at a job that involves working with the public. I don?t mean... to get physical descriptions of people it?s just that I don?t know their names. The chubby big cashier guy with the glassesseemed to be grumpy and basically wants to ring you up real quick without asking for chips and drinks. So when he took my saladorder, I wanted a drink but he already had rung me up and he gave an attitude again when I went to get the lid for my salad thatI haven?t finished out. Overall the other employees like the short older Hispanic lady who was preparing the salad, was veryhelpful and very quick. most of the time going to chipotle, you will find good customer service, but I also ran into this othergirl in San Antonio where I live and she also had an attitude especially with women. Some people really don?t need to work forpublic if you?re going to be grumpy or have an attitude. My son gets sick when he eats beans and doesn't order them in his burrito and while he was ordering his burrito the staff at... this location gave him a hard time about not having beans and said that he's missing out on good protein and nutrition andlaughed at him. Whatever skinny brown haired man that was working on July 21,2022 at 6:14pm needs to find a job that doesn?t involve working... with the public. He?s extremely rude and decides to argue with FREE sides in a kid?s quesadilla meal. I don?t care about beingcharged for guac but to argue with me about putting a FREE side on one of the three spots is ridiculous. This regular order from a chipotle when I am... in person, overfills the bowl, you have to smush it down to put on lid. The pic is what i got x3.
