I get doordash from here often. I haven?t had any issues with my order - they always give me the extra rice I ask for and the... chicken is always cooked. No issues with raw meat or wrong bowls. I haven?t been physically inside the store but delivery ordersfrom here are always just fine. Maybe sometimes the bag of chips are more empty than others but not a huge deal since it?s stillenough. I have been getting take out here regularly for several years. I like the staff, they are friendly and helpful, even when they... are completely slammed. I have literally never brought food back (you stand there while they make it, how can you go wrong?).Join the app, I get a free bowl every 2 or 3 months, nice perk. Anyway, busy location means the food is fresh and they have alarge staff to meet demand. Read more

They could at least act like they want customers. Even more disappointing when they try to avoid communication all together.... Maybe it's just me but I'd like to imagine that the new garlic steak would look even a little like the pictures or like itwasn't stomped on before putting it out. (UPDATE!) EVEN AFTER QUESTIONING THE LADY AS TO WHETHER OR NOT IT WAS THE NEW GARLICSTEAK MULTIPLE TIMES, SHE INSISTED IT WAS THE GARLIC STEAK... IT'S NOT! Talk about the worst GM. Unsalted rice, unsalted beans, unsalted chips, over salted protein, complacent staff and worst of all a... DISGUSTING kitchen. I ran and opened multiple chipotles before the new ceo and this is the worst chipotle I?ve seen. I will saythat the mild salsa was finely prepared with good cuts and perfectly seasoned.
