The service continues to decline. The staff disregards the posted hours. Hence, they have closed 2 hours early on three separate... occasions this month! The wait to order food can run as long as 45 minutes. (Even if you order ahead) Management, pleaseimprove! Read more

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever seen. They consistently have problems managing their line; on several occasions I have... waited more than 45 minutes to get food, and that's in store or ordering ahead. And it's not that the line is out the door,they are simply unable to process their orders in a timely manner. Read more

Raised the prices, reduced the portion sizes. when I asked if they were serious about the splattering of guac on my veggie bowl... where the main ingredient is the guac, they scowled at me and refused to help me more. Horrible customer service today at lunch?(10/5/22) double whammy of shrinkflation (higher prices and smaller portions) combined with downright rude customer service = nomore chipotle for me. I wish it was limited to one location but it?s literally corporate wide. Congrats shareholders! yourexecutives trying to make you more money at the expense of its customers are loosing customers and driving what was once a solidchain into the ground. Read more

Didn't have certain items. The portions are Ike a 1/3 smaller. Had to order double meat just to make it visible. Also they had... no garlic steak... they were out of a new featured ingredient. Read more

I was very curious to come see the reviews. Very young employees, possibly inexperienced and it?s not their fault! I think... management plays a big role here. The portions are so small. I ordered carnitas bowl and I got big chunks of fat! The music iscool, I?m Mexican but I don?t think playing corridos is appropriate for Chipotle ????????, it just doesn?t go. That made melaugh when I walked inside, never expected loud corridos but I could see it made some people uncomfortable. The guy in front ofme was ordering and couldn?t hear the guy serving him because they play the music a bit loud. The service is not the best andit?s a very busy location. I really try to avoid going to this Chipotle but I live down the street and sometimes I end up goingback. Read more

Definitely don?t come here if you?re on a hurry or have worked food service. You will be frustrated. Did not used to be this... slow at all. Hopefully it changes, slowest Chipotle I?ve ever been to and won?t be returning. Read more

Management is horrible at this location. My complaint was met with a sneer. I do however feel bad for all the employees cause... clearly corporate is giving them nothing to work with. They are frequently out of ingredients, salad, or other food items. Andthe employees are obviously underpaid and overworked so they don't care about their service. Again, it's clearly not theemployees fault but upper management. It's just hard to not be frustrated when you wait 20 minutes in line and they tell youthey don't have salads or they give you a burrito that has nothing but chunks of fat and grizzle in it. I've been disappointedin all of the Chipotle locations for years but this one seems to be the worst. Read more

Their new garlic steak is amazing and honestly they just never disappoint. Attached however is a photo of their corporate greed.... Make sure to be nice to the associates cause their CEO is a douche. Remember the world is understaffed and everyone is tryingthe hardest at least be kind to those who show up for their shift. Read more
