Since we are staying at the hotel nearby we decided to just go to chillies. You know what your gonna get. Tonight's experience... was great. After driving all day my family was hungry and tired. We were seated and Jakob came over immediately to introducehimself and ask what we wanted to drink. My wife joked with him about they no longer put the swedish fish in the drink. Wechatted for a minute and he took our food order. The restaurant was somewhat busy and they only had two servers. Ii must saythe manager at this location really had it perfect even being short staffed a little.othrt employees were running food .Everyone was trained and worked well together . This is a regular stop for us on our way home from the mountains, but today was our last time here. Terrible service (the table... of 6 that was sat after us got their food before we got our drinks). When our food finally came, the kitchen manager wasincredibly rude when I told him we were still missing a meal. The whole experience was pretty terrible. I do understand thatthey were busy and understaffed. But what we experienced tonight was so much worse than being busy. Read more

Generally, I?ve never had a problem with this location. They always make good food, especially when ordered for carry out and... they?re quick for curbside. Today is different. I ordered the three spicy shrimp tacos. They?re cold, for one. The tortillas arerock hard so the tacos are almost impossible to eat. And only one sliver of avocado in each. I?m bummed out. I?m not leavingthis review to bash on Chilli?s, rather to encourage you not to use stale tortillas on customers orders. That?s a health andfood safety issue. Still good food regardless, but please check the quality of your food before you give it to a customer toeat. Read more
Usually, I am a huge fan of chili?s. I did order carry out this time and I was greatly underwhelmed. I had boneless wings,... fries, and a Caesar salad. All of which, were cold and plastic-y. We haven't been to a Chili's in years and what a pleasant surprise the food was awesome. We had a cheese burger and fries. The... cheese burger was very juicy and full of taste and the fries were nice and crispy. We also had several of their margaritas whichwas very refreshing. Read more
Normally, love chilis but went there for lunch with co workers and waited an hour for lunch and finally told them to box our... things because we couldn?t wait anymore. We ordered 5 drinks and waited 30 minutes for them? when we asked them to boxeverything up because we couldn?t wait anymore they were rude. Worst service I?ve ever had!!
