They confused my order with someone else's and had mediocre service. They weren't rude persay, but I wouldn't describe them as... welcoming either. The food was great! I have to eat gluten free, and the employees were very accommodating of my condition. Mygrilled chicken sandwich was overpriced, though. This obviously isn't a fault of the individual location, but rather the largerchain. Still, I figured it was worth mentioning. All in all, it's alright. Nothing more, nothing less. Went in to order at counter. There was no wait, and was able to place my order right away. However, the wait time from... ordering to receiving food was 20 minutes, for a salad and a sandwich. I've also had 15-20 min wait times in the drivethrough, even when the line isn't very long. This location used to be so fast, and now I dread going here because it takes solong to get food. Can you really say a bad thing about Chick Fil A? Maybe... But their food is bomb. I've been told many times their fries suck... but when you dip them in Chick Fil A sauce, they are melt in your mouth. It seems like this location may have a new owner andnew staff. Hopefully the service will get better again once everyone learns the ropes but my last couple of experiences haven'tbeen the greatest and they have left items out of our orders. Took 30 minutes for one meal and the fries were soggy. They kept coming back saying 2 more minutes. I was in a bit of a rush... which is why I went here because Chick-fil-A has a reputation for being quick. I wish they would have just been honest because Iwould have left after 10 minutes if I knew it was going to take 20 more. They threw in some free food cards but I can't seemyself going back. Really bad experience at this location, very bad and rude managers. Ordered on line and went to pick it up when it said it was... ready, got there and they said they didn?t got the order when there were literally no clients. Showed them the number order andthey had it but nothing was ready and had to wait over 10 more minutes We picked up the order and besides wrong drinks theworst was a kale salad that was pretty much empty and 2 yogurt with fruit not even half way. We called and talked to the managerand their response was come back and we will refund you 1 drink, kale salad and yogurt if we wanted. Never apologized and veryrude. Terrible. Terrible way my situation was handled!! Order wasn?t correct. I ordered through CFA Mobile App & was explaining to... Kate/Katie that i was converted to DOORDASH even after selecting ?CFA DELIVERY? via CFA MOBILE APP. The thing is i hate Doordashbecause the company is NEVER HELD ACCOUNTABLE. Which was used in this case; since my CFA APP sent me through Doordash deliveryversus CFA DELIVERY- I was basically informed there?s nothing that can be done. Wasn?t offered a replacement or anything of thatkind. I would?ve even came to the store to pickup my correct order. My kid can?t have tomatoes & for some reason this REGULARspicy sandwich had things i never asked nor paid for. No bun & Lettuce was as sad as my order! Everything was NOT FRESH! KevinBrock?s CFA on Colfax & Garfield is much much better & i WILL make that drive! Done giving chances to Tamarac Chick-fil-A andno solution was provided for the inconvenience. Wow, it turns out my earlier review got deleted so I'll re-write it! Food was absolutely disgusting when I went by. I was in... the area and had some rewards points to use on the cfa app so I came here instead of my usual cfa (on Co & Yale) and regrettedit pretty much immediately after getting my food. Fries were cold and stale, explaining why they wouldn't give me extra crispyfries (couldn't be bothered to cook fresh food, gotta give away the hours-old stuff!) The sandwiches had clearly been sittingin the bags under a heat lamp for a while before I even thought about placing my order as well. Bread was smashed and chewy,chicken was soggy and gross. I had to pull over just so I could get a couple pictures. Keep in mind they weren't busy, either.There was a lady in front of me arguing with the person in the drive thru and at the time I gave the restaurant the benefit ofthe doubt, but after they decided to delete my first review I'm starting to think she was probably the one just trying to get ahalfway competent customer transaction.
