Totally obsessed. I love creating my own bowl. It?s just a huge bowl of yummy vegetables. After I introduced CAVA to my manager... she said it?ll be her new go-to. It?s so much more filling than those other healthy salad places. If I have a bowl for lunch Ieither can?t finish it all or skip dinner bc I?m still full. So so good! I love CAVA but lately, it has gone downhill a bit. The best thing on the menu was the sweet potatoes option when choosing a... protein, and it was not available. The tiny lentils and garlic dressing are also delicious. I'll wait for sweet potatoes beforegoing back. Read more
Food is great. BUT. - Two ladies very snarky to new employee. - Somehow they messed up my sisters order THREE times. First and... second times they made identical mistakes. definitely would not recommend this location. i tried it for the first time and had a very horrible experience. ms. v seemed... very unsanitary with her handling raw and cooked chicken, never seen her changed her gloves. one of the girls on the line, ibelieve her name was fulane. she had very poor service towards her staff and to customers. she rolled her eyes multiple timestowards basic questions about the menu. the music playing from the back was too loud, i couldn?t hear my colleague who wassitting across from me. the tables were dirty, so it was hard trying to find a clean table. overall, don?t recommend this place.management seems very poor at this location and very unsanitary Read more
I have eaten at CAVA restaurants all over. The food is always delicious and very consistent. Plus every location seems to have... really nice staff. It's a build your own bowl or pita style fast casual. You will love it! Read more

The employees are super nice and helpful, and they very responsive to any special requests/accomodations you may have. I think... they also give generous portions and will give you more if you ask. I saw the woman in front of me specifically ask for allvegetables on the side (in a sperate bowl) which bewildered me. The food is great, and I got the chicken+falafel bowl withgrains, lentils, and greens in it. This was only my second time at Cava, but it's basically a better Qdoba or Chipotle,virtually the same cost.
