Incompetent ?manager?. I placed an order on their website and never received it. They had DoorDash deliver and the driver never... showed and he canceled my order. I called the store and asked for a manger. She literally said ?they never told me what to doabout that, I don?t know?. So??.. I guess I am screwed if their manager can only provide that. When you can use coupons, the value is pretty good. Food is always fresh and tasty. Recently, I've tried the Steak and Egg... Breakfast Burritos and they are simply amazing. With a coupon, the value cannot be beat. If they are busy, you might get a shortwait in drive-thru. I've eaten here for over a decade. Read more

Went in for breakfast and met just a cold person working in the drive thru. When I pulled up to the menu, I heard a female voice... ask me "What do you need?" I placed an order for biscuits and gravy and that was it. Then she said, "Pull forward". I get up tothe window and no word said as I handed my card for payment. The window closed and 2 minutes later the window opened and shehanded me my card and order then closed the window. Customer service clearly does not exist at this restaurant. I understand itwas early and not everyone is a morning person, but no smile, no "Hello"...... nothing!! Good customer service is not given atthis location.
