Very Bad experience - Went to the Carabou Coffee in Concourse C today at 4:10 to purchase two bags of coffee to take home. It... was closed for break the workers sitting inside said 20 min. Went back 25 min still closed. Went back again 40 min later and thegirl said she was not open and it will be another 10 min. I left and will never go back to another Carabou Coffee hose. Read more

The lady with long eyelashes at the Coffee place near gate C26, was amazing , my son (6 years old) dropped his cookies and cream... frapp and we had told her what happened and gave us another one free of charge without us even asking. Great customer serviceand kind and respectful workers. Greatly appreciate this coffee place and especially this nice lady for helping us out. Keep upthe good work and when we fly through again we will be choosing this coffee place. Read more
Airport was moderately busy but walking around I realized that Caribou seemed unusually slow compared to other coffee spots.... Caribou is my favorite brand of coffee anyways, so I couldn't help but take advantage of no line. I quickly realized why theyappeared that business was "slow" ...they were just that fast. Extremely nice and great service. I tried the dark chocolateiced latte, and I am glad I did. I wasn't really wanting something super sweet, but wasn't feeling hot coffee either. Fast service, clean store, and good iced coffee. The employee at the register was nice and helpful, but the others could curse... less in their very audible personal conversation when customers are nearby. Read more
