My coffee was scorching hot and left a blister on my lip. I had to set it on the ground for around 45 minutes for it to cool... down enough to take small sips. It is illegal to serve drinks this hot. This place needs to be reported to the Department ofHealth and shut down until they learn how to operate a restaurant. Read more
I had to write a review after our VERY POSITIVE experience at the Caribou Coffee on Concourse A at Denver International Airport.... We are here at 5:00 a.m. on a busy Sunday early morning. The line was LONG, at least 20 people. Two Caribou employees poppedout, one taking orders and the other taking payment on their iPads along the line. They then directed us to skip to the pick-uparea. I swear, from start to finish no more than 5 minutes or so. There were plenty of people making the drinks behind thecounter and the line moved smoothly and swiftly. We could not believe it. The line was about 6 deep at 11AM on a Tuesday. There was a girl ahead of the line who worked for Caribou that was taking my... order on a digital pad. She was very polite and pleasant. The service was excruciatingly slow and I have no idea why it takes somuch time to form one coffee or one latte. I must?ve waited roughly 13 minutes for five people. Read more
BOSS. They had a flow going. Order taken while entering line. Paid @the register and drink was up a min later. My caramel cooler... looked/tasted wonderful. So needed this positive energy especially from an airport that sucked the life out of me. Thank you forbeing on your game! Read more
My wife purchased some drinks from this location but accidentally left a couple personal items behind by accident. When we tried... to call to inquire about the items someone at Caribou Coffee kept picking up and hanging up. The phone calls I made occurred onJune 19th at around 11:45 am est. Read more
This place is pathetic. There are almost 4 staff members serving morning coffee but took ages to serve. Very slow. None of them... have airport attitude to serve quicker. Despite of asking for extra hot coffee they served coffee thats not even hot. Don?t havestoppers/trays. Pens are not sanitized but they expect you to sign on receipt! It?s almost unbelievable how bad this location is. By far the slowest coffee shop I?ve ever seen. They get 1 star for opening... early. I pass through Terminal A often. It doesn?t matter the time of day, this place is horrible. Besides being super slow theymess up drinks at an astonishingly high rate. One time I waited 20 mins in a line that only had 3 people in it. This is the wait line at Caribou Coffee, but definitely worth it. Last time I had Caribou Coffee was in Washington DC. Great... quality coffee at affordable prices for the traveler. There's an assortment of coffee and non-coffee products available,including breakfast sandwiches and pastries. Thank God for coffee. Read more
