Passing through DIA waiting for a connection, I had to have by Caribou as it had been a long time for me. I made sure my iPhone... Caribou app had sufficient funds and ordered. Good experience here! Got a hot matcha tea latte and it tasted good. My sibling got a cookie and liked it.
The girl who took our order was super sweet. When I ordered SHE asked me if I needed room in my iced coffee for cream and I said... yes. When I got my coffee it was filled to the top. No worries! I?m not petty! I asked the lady super nicely who made my coffeeis she could dump a little out so I could put cream in it. She snatched it from my hand super annoyed and dumped some out. Herattitude made me feel like I was a bother and a difficult customer. I would have rather waited three times longer in line forStarbucks with nicer service then to receive the service I got today. Opens at 0430 at least on weekdays. Coffee and danish was good. Friendly and fast service. Nice change from Starbucks.
I'm not a huge coffee drinker but I love free Pacino's, this place has my new favorite dessert EVER! I purchased the... "Coffee-free, cold, oreos and creme frappuccino, with dark chocolate milk as the milk, with whip cream" It was Amazing!!! Sizelarge was about $7. The staff was very helpful & knowledgeable. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. I've already beenspreading word-of-mouth about Caribou Coffee, and will definitely visit anytime I go through the airport. Read more
